Experience the Balè Moya x Eisset EthioMotion Dance-Fitness Workshop, a vibrant fusion of Ethiopia's diverse regional dances packaged into an invigorating workout. Led by instructor Redeat Hable, this session draws from every corner of the country—Amhara shoulder shimmies, Tigray head rolls, Oromo hip sways, Gurage footwork, Afar fluid waves, Harari intricate patterns, and more—transforming traditional movements into accessible, high-energy fitness routines.
Eisset preserves authentic Ethiopian heritage through EthioMotion, adapting cultural steps for modern wellness: build cardio endurance, core strength, flexibility, and coordination while immersing in rhythmic storytelling. The host, Balè Moya adds joyful community vibes, with post-session mocktails to refresh and connect.
All levels welcome—no experience required. Sessions include warm-ups, dance moves from various regions, regular breaks so you can catch your breath and connect, and cool-downs so that you can end the class feeling refreshed. Celebrate unity, honor ancestral rhythms, and energize your body and spirit.
