We ARE EISSET
Our Value, Our Vision
Eisset — which translates to “value”— is a movement to preserve and share Ethiopia’s cultural wealth through dance. We weave history, identity, and pride into every step, uniting generations in vibrant programs for kids, teens, and adults. Our classes and private lessons inspire authentic expression, strengthen community bonds, and elevate the art that defines us. At Eisset, we dance to honor our past and shape a future rich with meaning.

REDEAT HABLE
CGO & Director of Partnerships
Redeat Hable Tesfa is an entrepreneur, model, dancer/choreographer, host, influencer, and consultant. Born and raised in Ethiopia, she moved to Connecticut at the age of 17, bringing with her a deep passion for creativity, culture, and community empowerment.

MO SAID
CTO & President
Mo Said is a software engineer and new father, driven to reconnect the Ethiopian diaspora with their heritage. Born and raised in America, Mo grew up with limited exposure to Ethiopian culture, his connection confined to his parents’ stories, weddings, and just two visits to Ethiopia—one as a child, another as a college student. This distance from his roots inspired his desire to connect with the Habesha community so that his child and other diaspora youth can embrace and connect with Ethiopia’s vibrant traditions.
